These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Hoofline Technologies LLC, the North Carolina limited liability company that operates Hoofline.
Using Hoofline
You may use Hoofline for lawful equine-care and business purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, the security of your account credentials, and activity performed through your account.
Professional responsibility
Hoofline is a recordkeeping and business-management tool. It does not replace professional judgment, veterinary advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. Users remain responsible for their work, records, client communication, and compliance with laws and professional requirements.
Your content
You retain ownership of information you enter into Hoofline. You grant Hoofline permission to host, process, back up, and display that information only as needed to operate and improve the service. You must have the authority to enter and use information relating to clients, horses, and other people.
Acceptable use
You may not use Hoofline to break the law, harm others, gain unauthorized access, interfere with the service, distribute malicious software, misuse another person’s data, or attempt to bypass account permissions or paid feature restrictions.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Hoofline dependable, but the service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates, network failures, or circumstances outside our control. Features may be improved, added, or changed as the platform develops.
Account termination
You may stop using Hoofline and delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse, or enforce these terms.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Hoofline is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Hoofline Technologies LLC is not responsible for professional decisions, missed appointments, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
