Delete your Hoofline account

You can permanently delete your Hoofline account and its associated cloud data inside the app or request help by email.

Account deletion service provided by Hoofline Technologies LLC

This action is permanent.

Deleting your account removes your login and associated Hoofline business data, including cloud records for clients, horses, appointments, services, invoices, and inventory. This cannot be undone.

Delete inside the app

  1. Sign in to Hoofline.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Scroll to Delete Account.
  4. Type DELETE and select Permanently Delete Account.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address connected to your Hoofline account. Use the subject “Delete my Hoofline account.” We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.

Information that may be retained

Limited information may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Any retained information will not remain available as an active Hoofline account.
