Who operates Hoofline
Hoofline is operated by Hoofline Technologies LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company. This policy applies to the Hoofline application, website, and related support services.
Information we collect
Hoofline collects account information such as your name, email address, business name, and login credentials. When you use the service, you may enter client contact information, horse information, appointment details, service history, business records, notes, invoices, and inventory information.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate your account, provide and synchronize Hoofline features, maintain your records, support your requests, secure the service, and improve reliability. Hoofline does not sell personal information.
Cloud services
Hoofline uses Supabase to provide authentication, database, and cloud synchronization services. Information is transmitted to and stored with service providers needed to operate Hoofline. Those providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
Data security
We use access controls, authenticated connections, and database security rules designed to keep each organization’s information separate. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information handled.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and business information while your account remains active and as needed to provide Hoofline. You can permanently delete your account and associated cloud data from Settings inside the app. You can also request deletion through our account deletion page. Limited information may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
Your choices
You may review or update business information in the app, request support, reset your password, or delete your account. If information about another person or horse is entered into Hoofline, the account holder is responsible for having appropriate authority to maintain that information.
Children
Hoofline is a professional business application and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Hoofline develops. We will post the updated policy here and revise the effective date when material changes are made.
